To support the landmark sale of The Setai Fifth Avenue just two years after its construction, I designed a high-end presentation book that encapsulated the property's ultra-luxury identity. This deliverable brought my involvement with the brand full circle—having originally contributed to the agency's naming process by consulting my Japanese mother on the translation of "Setai" (household). The resulting book seamlessly blended cultural authenticity with premium print craftsmanship to deliver a compelling, high-converting sales narrative.
