To capitalize on the newly completed renovations at 28E28, George Comfort & Sons tapped Pace Advertising for a full-scale rebranding initiative. Tasked with elevating the property's market presence, I led the art direction and design for the campaign's key deliverables. Highlighting the building's modernized spaces, the resulting work successfully positioned 28E28 for its next chapter through a comprehensive marketing brochure and a high-impact ad campaign featured in the Commercial Observer, The Real Deal, and the New York Post.​​​​​​​
